Terms of Sale
These terms apply when you buy from Financier Capital Group Pty Ltd (ABN 19 149 923 151), trading as Collect Mate ("Collect Mate", "we", "us"). By buying, you agree to them.
1. What you're buying
The Collect Mate Get Paid Pack is a one-off digital product: a set of standard documents for getting paid, filled in with details you give us. It includes terms of trade, a quote acceptance form, a credit application with a personal guarantee, an "it's yours until it's paid for" (retention of title) clause, reminder letters, a short guide, and one round of changes to your details.

2. Price and payment
- Launch price: A$700 for purchases made by 11:59pm on 30 November 2026 (Brisbane time).
- From 1 December 2026: A$1,400.
- We're not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
- Payment is made up front by card through Stripe. Stripe's terms also apply to your payment.
3. Delivery
- After you pay, we email you a link to a short questionnaire.
- We prepare your documents from your answers.
- We email them to you in Word and PDF, usually within 2 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire.
Please check your documents when they arrive. If a detail you gave us has been entered wrongly, tell us and we'll fix it as part of your one round of changes.
4. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy, email enquiry@collectmate.com.au within 14 days of buying. If you haven't used the documents with a customer, we'll give you a full refund to your original payment method. Once a refund is made, your licence to use the documents ends and you must delete them.
5. Your consumer rights
Our products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
6. Using the documents
- You may use and change the documents for your own business only.
- You can't sell, share, publish or give them to other businesses.
- We (or our licensors) own the copyright in the documents.
7. Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the details you give us, for checking the documents suit your business, and for how you use them. Laws differ between states and industries. Some, like home building, have extra rules for consumer contracts. Get independent legal advice if you're unsure.
8. Our liability
To the extent the law allows:
- we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or unpaid debts;
- we don't promise that any customer will pay you; and
- our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid, or to supplying the services again.
This doesn't limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Debt recovery services
Debt recovery is a separate service. It isn't part of the Get Paid Pack. We quote it separately and provide it only under a separate written authority signed by you. Debtors pay you directly. We never hold your money.
10. Privacy
We handle your information under our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Queensland.
